We offer tailored training to suit your business requirements, and training with a greater flexibility, and relationship to your job, with practical applications.
Training subjects can include most Microsoft Products, VMS, Introductory course, Project Management, How to get the best out of IT, Time Managment, and Train the Trainer.
Typically we do not offer certified training course's all though these can be provided some specific Microsoft products and VMS course's.
Our training targets those organizations who neither have the time, money or resources to send 2 or 10 staff members to organizations of which typically 30% of the training time is not at the appropriate level, another 30% cant be related to the staffs daily activities leaving course with the remaining productive. Our training will be tailored to suit your environment, with the relevant examples from your organization
Training is customized to suit your needs, the training material softcopies are presented to trainees, so they can add there own notes to the course material and retain these for reviewing a particular aspect at a later date. The exception to this is for formal certified causes where the trainers material is often protected by authors copywrite.
As an addition the complete course can be videoed to provide review material or assist in passing this information on to other staff members. The video can made available in soft copy if required, an combined with presentation material to encompass a complete training program.
Why do you need this service:
Most of us only use between 30 & 60 % of the products capabilities to do our job, and no one very trains you on how your products can help in your daily tasks. At best you receive training on the product but are not sure how that best fits or can be used to increase productivity. For example I am amazed how many people use Outlook and don't realize they can control the priority and force visibility to other outlook recipients so they must take some action by X date and time, or how to recall that email you just sent to your superior explaining un-politely the error of thier ways.
The IT industry is striving to make more more data more accessible, but how many times do your staff reinvent the wheel, because they cant or don't know how to use the resource's that are there.
Have you or your staff ever received a soft copy of the course which you can add your notes to and retain to jog your memory. You probably got course material, and probably cant find it any more, where as if it was in soft copy it would be on your machine and could include screen dumps examples, and other notes which you cant capture in writing.
How often is your support department repeatedly showing staff how to do various tasks, perhaps because they have forgotten or they are new to the position. Consider how a softcopy of someone's corse notes, along with the video, placed on your web server could help there introduction.
Perhaps your training is provided oversea's but you cant spare anyone at this time, but you want some who is capable of passing on that knowledge where it will not be lost if the employee should leave.
